Dedication to Fitness

The Jenny from the block is known for her habit of working out to keep her body in shape. She puts her well being as one of her top priorities in life. No wonder she got that sexy booty, six-pack abs, and youthful beauty despite being a 49-year-old mom and actress. At that age, Lopez has skin that is glowing and free of any wrinkles as a fruit of her unmatched dedication to fitness.

Over the years, she manages to keep her workouts fresh and fun, which means that she does not go for excruciating exercise all the time. Instead, she mixes her routine with stair sprints and dance cardio. Sometimes, her other half Alex Rodriguez joins the fun as they both perform some extra flirty push-ups. #FitnessGoals, #RelationshipGoals, #LifeGoals name it and Jennifer Lopez has done it!

But just like other people, JLo does not achieve her ageless beauty and great physique by doing exercises alone. Of course, she is matching it with a balanced and clean diet. Among her favourites are protein-riched foods.

In one of her interview with Hello, she said:

Protein is my go-to whenever I start having cravings. It fills me up and keeps me full longer. It’s a great muscle fuel.”

She has also benefited from the mentorship of the celebrity nutritionist Haylie Pomroy, who is giving her some tricks to boost her metabolism. Aside from eating real foods such as fruits and veggies, she also fills her body with tons of water.

“For me, it feels good. It’s mostly what I drink all the time. I don’t count [how many glasses] I drink, but I drink it all day,” she said in an interview with Dr. Oz.
