So far, natural lifting becomes a favourite way of training body composition, without, of course, using steroids. Many natural bodybuilders have become instant celebrities while earning the respect of their fans for their hard-earned physique.

But can you recognise whether a lifter is a natural bodybuilder or a steroid user? The following methods below may not always be 100% correct, but if you notice many of them, there is a high possibility that someone is a natural bodybuilder.

1. They weigh less.

The famous mantra for natural bodybuilders is ‘lose fat and build muscle,’ so they typically weigh less compared to what other people imagine.

2. They don’t look synthetic.

For a steroid user, he can manage to have bigger shoulders and traps while undergoing a diet. Those who take anabolic drugs have a higher allowance for carbs or fats, allowing them to eat more bad foods.

5. They don’t age fast.

Because they don’t force to build muscles, natural bodybuilders develop healthier habits, which gives them more youthful looks. They can avoid the possible side effects of anabolic drugs such as fatigue, distorted sleep patterns, and baldness.
