HIIT Home Workout Routine to Burn 1000 Calories In An Hour

Yes, it is possible that you can burn 1000 calories in just an hour, even without heading to the gym. This HIIT home workout routine will torch those unwanted fats for an hour of non-stop workout.

In this article, we will divide the routine into two parts. Before you even start these exercises don’t forget to remind yourself that you need to push it as hard as you possibly can.

We get it that it’s not easy to target the 1000 calories in an hour, so if you feel like it’s getting too intense, feel free to pause, stop your timer, and catch your breath. And since we’re doing this routine at home, if you happen to have a kettlebell, a stepper or a chair, kindly use those things as for your equipment.

Fret not if you don’t have one of that aforementioned equipment, especially if you’re a beginner. Since these workouts are intense enough, it’s perfectly fine if you don’t have a weight.

So, before we start this intense HIIT home workout, let’s us all put some considerations on picking your best workout clothes. So, before you sweat and train insane, make sure that you’re wearing your best workout clothes for women and best mens workout clothes.

I swear, the feeling of being comfortable in what you wear while working out helps a lot. Trust me, wearing your best workout clothes will help you to get in shape in no time!

Meaning Behind “HIIT”

Let’s say, you have heard HIIT many times already yet you have no idea what’s the meaning behind it. Vivotion has published tons of HIIT workouts that are available for you to try.

With its goal to repeatedly raise and lower your heart rate. You don’t have to go to the gym or pay for an expensive membership card just to do HIIT workouts.
